We do not have a store front. We are Direct with “Champion Homes of NC” and can offer Special Pricing to save you money. Each home is carefully built at the factory with any custom changes after the actual purchase. The process could take 6-8 weeks or longer depending on the factories process.

Each house will be delivered to your land via trucks and personnel. Depending on the location, the delivery fee will be determined.

Set up is the term for placing the house on the correct supporting blocks and attaching the house to the foundation per all local codes. In NC near the coastal area, the requirement is to support the house for winds up to 110mph. Set up costs vary per land condition, location.

Other costs could be preparing the land, septic or sewer and hook ups, permits, the actual set up on a foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, skirting around the perimeter of the house, landscaping, driveway, etc. Contact us to discuss.
